I drew Billy there before I drew Higgily there, so that's unrelated...

I DREW HIGGILY DIGGILY HOGEN!!! The guy who runs, like, ALL of society, because he has hundreds upon HUNDREDS of clones! I didn't realize how AMAZING he looks until I drew him! He's so cool! But nobody seems to know how to spell his name. I looked it up on the wikia... it could be spelled, Higgly Diggly Hougan, Higgley Diggley Hoogen, Higgilee Diggilee Hoogain, all sorts of stuff.
